I want to extend my deepest sympathy to Mr. John’s family. He was a wonderful friend to me and was a great prayer warrior. He and I shared many stories and testimonies. He will truly be missed!

My heart is really hurting right now. Min Isom was an associated minister at New Hope Missionary Baptist Church while he was stationed at Ft. Knox. He was sooo loved and he loved us all. He and Karen came to my wedding and he gave special prayer for us. I am just so in shock right now. to Karen and the kids, I AM PRAYING WITH YOU AND FOR YOU.

All i know about him is that when i went to church he would all ways smile and be happy.I just didn't know that he would die so quick. But he was one of my teachers at bible study. He always told me to keep pushing on with life. And his children all i want to tell you'll is that you'll need to just keep pushing because it will be different with out your dad.So keep making good grades.

My sincerest heartfelt condolences to the entire Isom family. Even though I haven't seen John in years, I will always remember his smile. He was a dear classmate of the Jefferson County High School Class of 1982.

May God Bless the family of this GREAT MAN! John was a friend and mentor when I served with him in the military. John always told me to stay positive and let God fight your battles the battle is not yours its the Lord. I will always carry his motto YOU CAN! Rest in peace my brother.

To the Family of John Isom, I extend to you my prayers & love during your time of grief. I haven't seen John since graduation night. I remember how much of a sense of humor he had even back in high school. He was always a very nice person. Blessings to each of you. #Class of 1982 Jefferson County High School..Monticello, Florida
