Mrs. Eleanor Logan Fausett, 75, of Adel, Georgia, passed away Saturday February 3, 2018 at Mary's Haven in Adel. She was born on March 30, 1942 in Adel to Elmer and Emma Southerland Logan, both now deceased. Mrs. Fausett was a life-long resident of Cook County where she attended the First Baptist Church of Adel and was a retired bookkeeper.
Mrs. Fausett is survived by her two sons and daughters-in-law: Trey and Suzanne Fausett of Cherry Lake, Florida, and Phil and Michell Fausett of Adel; her grandchildren: Lydia and Jonathan McDaniel of Adel and Brian Fausett of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida; four great-grandchildren: Landon, Marlee, Jackson and Meri Ruth McDaniel, all of Adel; a brother and sister-in-law, John L. and Dorothy Logan of Norman Park, Georgia; a sister and brother-in-law, Edna Sue and Marv Davis of LaCross, Wisconsin; several nieces and nephews; and her "Special Caregivers": Corey Mackie and the staff of Mary's Haven. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Bobby and Joey Logan.
The family will receive friends Monday evening, February 5, 2018 from 6 until 8 PM at Boone Funeral Home South, 1804 S. Hutchinson Ave. in Adel. The funeral service will take place on Tuesday February 6, 2018 at 11 AM in the Chapel of Boone Funeral Home South with Rev. Ron Stinson officiating.
