Of Valdosta, GA passed away on Wednesday, November 7, 2018 at South Georgia Medical Center. He was born on April 18, 1952 in Valdosta, GA to the late John Jack Thomas Lawlor and Elizabeth Pearl Wisenbaker. As a jack of all trades, working with his hands he was extraordinary. He had a voice that would bring tears to your eyes while leading hymns. He lived by 2 simple statements, Cant Never Could and Process of Elimination. Along with his parents he was preceded in death by a brother, John Talley Johnny Lawlor and brother-in-law, Gene George Peacock, Jr.
Survivors include: Son and Daughter-in-law, Kenneth Martin and Rachel Lawlor, Jr. of Valdosta, GA; Son, William Jackson Lawlor of Lake Park, GA; Granddaughter: Kinsley Kate Lawlor; Brother and Sister-in-law, Ronald Charles Chuck and Sharon Lawlor of Valdosta, GA; Sister and Brother-in-law, Angela and Ray Joyner of Valdosta, GA; Sister and Brother-in-law, Diane and Charlie Parrish of Lake Park, GA; Sister, Mary Beth Peacock of Lake Park, GA; Sister-in-law, Lynda Mae Lawlor of Valdosta, GA; Loved ones: Kelli Gay, Kortni Ruth Calabrese, Heather Davis, Zach and Katelyn Gay, Sydni Lawlor and Presli Starling; Numerous nieces, nephews and extended family members.
Funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM on Sunday, November 11, 2018 in the Valdosta Chapel of Music Funeral Services with burial to follow in Dasher Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to services on Sunday, November 11, 2018 from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM. Messages of sympathy may be expressed online at www.musicfuneralservices.com.
