Linda Cave Hall

April 12, 1951 - October 06, 2018

Linda Cave Hall, age 67, passed away peacefully on Saturday, October 6, 2018, at the Melech Hospice House in Temple Terrace, Florida. She was born April 12, 1951, in Bamberg, South Carolina. She married Amos Hall Jr. on April 28, 1979, in Randolph Air Force Base, Texas. Mrs. Hall left the United States Air Force after five honorable years of service to help care for her sick mother-in-law. After settling down in Valdosta, Georgia, she worked at SAFT until early retirement in 2000. Shortly after retirement, she became the primary caregiver to her soulmate, the late Amos Hall Jr., lovingly and selflessly caring for him. In addition to caring for her soulmate, Mrs. Hall also cared for her late aunt after relocating her from New York to Georgia.
Mrs. Hall loved traveling, enjoyed playing bingo, as well as playing the lottery. She was a loving and caring person, devoted wife, mother, and friend. Left to cherish her memory are her children, Harold Hall and Sheila Bounds of Belton, Texas, Donna and Jerry Abernathy of Ashburn, Virginia, and Amos III and Catherine Hall of Brandon, Florida; 4 grandchildren, Pierre Evans, Nailah Abernathy, Jasmyn Hall, and Chad Hall; and 1 great-grandchild, Zayden Talbert.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Amos Hall Jr.; mother, Georgia Cave, and aunt, Ida Mae Cave.
In keeping with her nature, a private family memorial service will be held at the Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, Florida with full military honors.
