Michael L. McDaniel - 62
Of Lake Park graduated into his heavenly home on Sunday, August 27, 2017. He was born on December 8, 1954 in Homestead, FL. A certified Addictions Counselor with a PhD in Ministry, his passion was sharing the good news and helping others, especially the addict, find freedom through Jesus Christ. For several years he was also blessed to be a part of the Wild Adventures team and the loving family of God at Lake Park United Methodist Church.
Survivors Include: Wife, Carol J. CJ McDaniel of Lake Park, GA; Step Daughters & Son-in-laws, Brooks & Peter Rumenik of Tallahassee, FL; Britt & Mark Hall of Littleton, CO; Grandchildren: Reid, Madison, & Audrey Rumenik; Jade Maresca, Lily & Coral Hall; Sister, Michelle McDaniel of Homestead, FL; Nephew John Michael McDaniel & family of Homestead, FL; Sister-in-law, Marie McDaniel of Homestead, FL; Niece, Kim Gonzalez & family of Homestead, FL; And his devoted companion, Chance.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, September 2, 2017 at 3:00 PM at Lake Park United Methodist Church. The family will receive friends on Saturday, September 2, 2017 from 2:30 PM until 3:00 PM.
