Charles Glenn Sirmans Sr age 75 of Conyers, GA died on May 20, 2017. He was born on September 29, 1941 in Lakeland, GA to the late Clyide Moore and the late Charlie Lawson Sirmans. He was preceded in death by his beloved sisters Faye Wynelle Sirmans Gaither Zipperer and Edna Charlene Brantley, brother-n-law Lonnie Raymond Brantley and his daughter-n-law Tassie N Sirmans, and his great nephew Ryan James Rocheleau.
He is survived by his son and daughter-n-law Charles Glenn Sirmans Jr and Dianna Lea Sirmans of Monroe; grandchildren: Charles Glenn Sirmans III(Corey), Cayla Corinne Sirmans, Joyceanna Porter Sirmans, and Kentrealvist Malcom Sirmans; Nieces and nephews: Dawn Elizabeth Gaither Rocheleau, Christopher Charles Gaither Sr and wife Tammie, and Tonya Charlene Brantley; great nephews: Lucas Holland Rocheleau, Levi Abbott Rocheleau and wife Devin, Christopher Charles Gaither Jr and wife Kati, and Austin Allen Gaither and wife Morgan; great great nephew Colton Allen Rocheleau.
He proudly served in the USAF as a Cryptographic Engineer at Misawa Air Base in Japan. He received his BA in Accounting and started his accounting firm, Tax Accounting Services, in 1976 in Conyers, GA. There he served in the Rotary Club, friends of Nancy Guinn Library, and the Rockdale chapter of the American Cancer Society(as a cancer survivor).
A visitation will be held at his Antique Museum at 1930 Flat Shoals Rd. Conyers, Ga 30094 on Friday May 26th from 4-8pm and on Saturday May 27th from 2-4pm at Corinth Christian Church in Loganville with the Memorial Service following at 4pm. Reverend Tony Dyer and Pastor Adam Turner will officiate. In lieu of flowers, please make contributions to your local chapter of the American Cancer Society.
