Marjorie Doreen's Story
Marjorie Doreen Carter Officer, 77, of Valdosta, died on Saturday, June 10, 2017 at her residences following a brave battle with cancer. She was born in Valdosta on October 8, 1939 to the late Elmer S. Sr., and Piney Jewell Flowers Carter.
