Pamela Monique Brown was born February 12, 1966 in Jacksonville, FL to Mr. Kenneth Charles Brown (K.C.) and Mrs. Carolyn Logan Brown.
Pamela accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior and was baptized at an early age at the River Street Church of Christ under the leadership of Bro. Alonza Rose. Pamela loved studying the Bible and applying what she learned to her everyday life. Furthermore she has read the entire Bible twice.
Pamela was educated in the Valdosta City School System and graduated from Valdosta High School in 1984. Pamela acquired two Master's Degrees in her educational cycle. Pamela was employed as an elementary school teacher at Chatman's Christian Academy in Jacksonville, FL.
Pamela departed this life on Sunday, August 20, 2017 at the Orange Park Medical Center in Orange Park, FL.
Pamela leaves to cherish her memories to her parents: Mr. K.C. and Mrs. Carolyn Brown; four brothers: Bryan Brown, Christopher Brown, Derrick Mays and Alex Elliott; four sisters: Valencia Walker, Sharon Harris, Tammy Gordon and Whitney Cobb; maternal grandmother: Bell Harrell; paternal grandmother: Gladys Logan; Also a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and sorrowing friends.
Funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 26, 2017 at 2:00 P.M. at the Southside Church of Christ. Bro. John Iverson, Minister, Bro. Eric Cureton, Officiating. Burial will follow in the Southview Cemetery. Public viewing will be held on today from 3:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. The family will receive friends from 5:00 P.M. until 6:30 P.M. at the funeral home.
