Frank was a professor at VSU from 1990-1998 and lived in Valdosta until 2017. Survivors: wife Rosie, sons Stephen and Andre; daughters-in-law Cheryl and Melanie; grandsons Max and Mars. Celebration of Life: 4380 White Surrey Dr, Kennesaw, GA 30144, Saturday 4/19/2025 7-9pm.
