Valdosta, GA - Cheryl J. Tucker, 69, of Valdosta, died on Monday, July 28, 2025, at Langdale Hospice House, following a lengthy illness. She was born on June 15, 1956, in Brunswick, Georgia and was the daughter of the late L.T. and Doris Hughes Tweedell. She retired from Astro Exterminating where she worked in the administrative office. She was of the Christian faith.
Cheryl is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Angela and Jack Taylor of Eastman, Georgia and a daughter-in-law, Angela Lee of Valdosta; her grandchildren, Kayla, Kent, Summer, Alyssa, Dawson, Hunter, Chance, Tyler, Autumn, Rachael, Cameron and Scotty; twelve great-grandchildren, Sadie, Adaline, Anastasia, Bryson R., Hunter, Jr., Carter, Aden, Bryson F., Carson, Kailyn, Waylon, and Tessa; a brother and sister-in-law, Lawton and Jennifer Jones. She was preceded by her husband, Greg Tucker; her sons, Todd Lee and Jason Lee and her parents-in-law, Lloyd and Loudell Tucker.
A memorial service for Cheryl Tucker will be held on Saturday, August 2, 2025, at 3 p.m. in the chapel of the Carson McLane Funeral Home.
