Fances D. Jackson age 84 , funeral services will be held Saturday, October 22, 2016 at 12 Noon at Jerusalem Baptist Church in Cecil, Ga. Dr. Norman J. Edwards is pastor and will officiate. Burial will follow in Cecil Cemetery. Public viewing will be friday from 11 AM to 8PM at Serenity Funeral Home .
