Old Town, Florida - Lincoln Anthony Harrell, 59, passed away on August 13, 2025, in Gainesville, Florida. He was born on January 11, 1966, in Valdosta, Georgia to Faye Carolyn Kilcrease Harrell and William Emory Harrell.
Lincoln lived a life marked by generosity and a deep love for family, friends and animals. He spent many years working in the bag manufacturing industry, where he was known for his strong work ethic and reliability. Beyond his professional life, he found joy working on cars - a passion that reflected his hands - on nature and problem-solving spirit.
He will be remembered for his kind and selfless spirit. Those who knew him were touched by his willingness to support others without hesitation. His compassion extended to animals as well; he had a special bond with his beloved dog Skippy.
Lincoln is survived by his mother, Faye Carolyn Kilcrease Harrell; his brother, Wallace Harrell; his sister, Lisa Simmons (Paul Simmons); many nieces and nephews; numerous great nieces and nephews; and his partner Tina Thau. He also shared a close bond with Tina's children Kaylee and Brandon Watson, and their children Kenziah, Christian and Emberlyn, and Tina's sister Christy Harper.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Shelly Harrell; his father William Emory Harrell; his brother Christopher Tab Harrell and Sister-in-law, Brenda Harrell.
Lincoln's memory will live on through the many lives he touched with his love and generosity. May his legacy of kindness continue to inspire those who knew him.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
