Luanda was always the flower lady to me. She gave flowers for me to plant and offered advice on the best places to plant. She often helped to weed. We were neighbors for many years, during that time she shared about her family , her career and the love of her life, Jim. She will be missed by many, especially her family whom she loved very much. We express our sadness about her death. If any family members need someone to talk with please call.. In her passing there is much sorrow.
